2. Agreement to Terms and Conditions This Agreement takes effect on the date on which you first use the ProductLair application.
3. Free Tools and Paid Plans The Profit Calculator is free to use without an account, payment, or subscription. These Terms of Service apply to its use, but the payment and refund terms apply only to paid plans.
ProductLair's paid research plans are separate from the free calculator and require a one-time payment for the plan you choose. Once your payment is complete, you receive immediate lifetime access to the features included in that plan. Your purchase does not renew automatically, and there are no recurring subscription fees.
4. No Refund Policy Due to the immediate access nature of our service and the comprehensive information provided upon purchase, ProductLair does not offer refunds. By purchasing access, you acknowledge and agree that you will not be eligible for a refund of your one-time payment, regardless of usage.
5. User Responsibilities If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to use the ProductLair service for lawful purposes only and in compliance with all applicable laws.
6. Intellectual Property All content provided by ProductLair, including but not limited to product information, market data, and analysis, is the property of ProductLair or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or use this content for commercial purposes without explicit permission from ProductLair.
7. Limitation of Liability ProductLair provides information and tools to assist in dropshipping and e-commerce decisions but does not guarantee success. We are not liable for any business losses, including without limitation loss of profits, revenue, contracts, anticipated savings, data, goodwill, or wasted expenditure.
8. Modifications to Service ProductLair reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service with or without notice. You agree that ProductLair shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.
9. Termination ProductLair reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users of the service, ProductLair, or third parties, or for any other reason.
10. Governing Law This Agreement is governed by the laws of Norway. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Norway for any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement.
