Zendrop pricing for 2026
Zendrop pricing has two important layers: public Free, Pro, and Plus plans, plus Shopify usage-based billing for users who sign up through Shopify. ProductLair is different: pay once for product research, profit context, and launch plans.

Public paid plans

There are two billing models
Zendrop documents Standard Plans billed through Zendrop and Usage-Based Billing billed through Shopify. Which model applies depends on how the user signed up.
Usage-based billing uses peak usage
Zendrop says Shopify usage-based charges are based on the highest number of linked products during the billing cycle, not just the current count at invoice time.
Free does not mean full selling workflow
Zendrop says importing products, placing orders, and fulfillment services require a paid plan.
Product costs are separate
Like other supplier platforms, Zendrop software pricing is separate from product costs, shipping, samples, ad spend, Shopify fees, and refunds.

When Zendrop Is Worth Paying For
Zendrop can be worth paying for when you need sourcing, fulfillment, automated order handling, custom branding, POD, coaching, or a private agent workflow. Those are operational features ProductLair does not replace.
